I didn't know if i put that on fan art or photomanipulation... but i think that's more fan art than anything else
that's kakashi, from naruto... it's a darker version of him i know^^ i'm a kakashi fan, so i really hope that pic is good enough!

Oh my, that is very well-done for a stock photo. It must've taken a lot of time and patience to make Kakashi look very realistic here, which seems to be accomplished.
